Butterscotch Cupcakes

So I must admit. I've tried to make butterscotch and home made caramel quite a few times in my days. But this has been by far the best butterscotch ever! including what I've tasted in other places. It was really the perfect creation.

And since I'm a cupcake gal, I had to make a cupcake with it.

There is butterscotch added directly to the batter of the vanilla cake to add that extra burnt sugar flavor, as well as butterscotch drizzled on top, with shaved chocolate.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!

Our newest Creation... and it's quite a mouth-full.
Chocolate cupcakes, with chocolate chip cookie dough bottercream frosting!
There's also a little surprise inside, with a cookie dough center.

It was pretty close to heavenly.

Nutella Cupcakes

I must admit: Nutella is by far one of the tastiest things I've ever had. I'm doomed with this!

So mixing my two favorite things... nutella and cupcakes! A perfect combination. Top it off with a beautiful and delicate white rose made of fondant, and we're set for any occasion!

Princess Baby Shower

A beautiful princess is on the way! Congratulations to Rafael and Yvanna for their first baby, Giovanna. This are the cupcakes for their baby shower coming up soon, and I thought to share with you first, and get some good pictures before they are devoured at the shower!!

Get Glammed Up Event

Tonight at Electric Couture, a great event took place, featuring make-up artists and hair stylists from Paul Mitchell, and My Fair Cupcakes!

My Fair Cupcakes creation: Pink Russian! A twist on the classic cocktail, White Russian, we figured we could add a little 'couture' to the cupcake with bright pink and black colors, to complement the event. A touch of Kahlua and Vodka gave the cupcake extra moisture and flavor.
