Butterscotch Cupcakes

So I must admit. I've tried to make butterscotch and home made caramel quite a few times in my days. But this has been by far the best butterscotch ever! including what I've tasted in other places. It was really the perfect creation.

And since I'm a cupcake gal, I had to make a cupcake with it.

There is butterscotch added directly to the batter of the vanilla cake to add that extra burnt sugar flavor, as well as butterscotch drizzled on top, with shaved chocolate.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!

There's also a little surprise inside, with a cookie dough center.

It was pretty close to heavenly.

Nutella Cupcakes

I must admit: Nutella is by far one of the tastiest things I've ever had. I'm doomed with this!

So mixing my two favorite things... nutella and cupcakes! A perfect combination. Top it off with a beautiful and delicate white rose made of fondant, and we're set for any occasion!

Flamingo Cupcakes!

A very special order for Maureen's 60th birthday! The specific instructions were to include a 'Princess' theme, as well as 'flamingos'. Tough concept to begin with, but the results were too cute to turn down!!

Even the special topper made it to the party. The hit!

Post-it Cupcakes!

This was a very fun project. For a going-away party at an office, we were asked to create cupcakes for their manager, who had the habit of always leaving post-it notes in everyone's desk.
For a nice going away gift, the employees all chipped in with sayings and wishes for her farewell.
Besides the surprise being extra-cute, the sayings were personalized and specific to the occasion, which made it much more special!

We can make any notes on these cute post-its, and of course, it's all edible.
