These cupcakes were specially made for Mike Q, celebrating his birthday, and as a football fan that he is, what better than a football themed cupcake? We love attention to detail... and we love even more the look on their faces when they see and taste the cupcakes!

This is what we are talking about when we say how important it is to use fresh and good quality ingredients... we believe this picture says it all. Our chocolate overload cupcake is a perfect examply of why it's worth the extra time and effort to bring such good quality to the table.

Pure cocoa brings special flavor to the cake, and a heavenly ganache glaze will most certainly bring a smile to your face that may last the rest of the week.

The chocolate shavings on top is simply to satisfy the cravings of us chocoholics.

These were definitely one of my favorite treats as a child... but I can count in one hand how many times I actually had the chance to enjoy this delicious invention. So... just found a way to enjoy it any time! The burnt marshmallows are an extra touch that seals the deal.
